Court-Martial Appeals

If you have been convicted at court-martial, your best chance at getting a conviction set aside or a sentence reduced is with an accomplished appellate attorney. Discharge Upgrades

A Bad Conduct Discharge or a General (Under Honorable Conditions) Discharge can affect your ability to access veteran health and education benefits. You need a knowledgeable attorney to tell your story, one who knows exactly what the Review Boards are looking for!

Just when an accusation or investigation seems to be behind you, you get a letter threatening your security clearance. Dealing with DCSA adjudications agency can be complex. It takes an attorney with experience to ensure that you keep the clearance you have earned!

Being "titled" as the subject of a CID, OIS, or NCIS investigation can derail your chances of future employment, especially with any government agency.  An attorney who understands the regulations gives you the best chance of getting your record cleared!

5

Military Records Corrections

If you have received an unfair evaluation, administrative separation, or other military discipline, your chances of promotion are severely diminished.  Hire an attorney who has been successfully getting servicemembers records corrected for years!
